Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unused Product / Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

Within 48 hours of delivery, please get in touch with us if any items in your order were damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly. Within those 48 hours, email at taranutraceuticals@gmail.com with the unboxing video and pictures of the contents and packaging. After conducting an investigation, we will schedule a product reversal pickup and provide a replacement or a complete refund. The availability of the product determines replacements. Tara Nutraceuticals retains the authority to decide on policies in these situations. Under no circumstances will there be any further payment or freebies given in these scenarios. Any order or product’s liability is capped at the order or product’s value.

Refunds will be issued as follows –

Refunds for pre-paid orders will be credit within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds for COD orders will be transferred back to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days after obtaining their bank account information. Customers should upload a photo of a bank check that has been cancelled in order to disclose their bank information.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products

Products on warehouse or clearance sale are offered at steep discounts. Every product available for warehouse sale has its expiration date clearly stated on the website. After the product is bought through this promotion, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Be sure to speak with a licensed healthcare provider before using any dietary supplements.
