Tara Nutraceuticals was founded in 1989 by Dr. Raj Hastir and Dr. Randhir Hastir with a vision to bring quality, science, and reliability to sports nutrition in India.
At a time when sports nutrition was still emerging in the country, Tara Nutraceuticals began developing and manufacturing nutritional products for athletes, bodybuilders, fitness professionals, and active individuals.
