Shipment processing time

All orders are Delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For Cod, an amount of 250Rs will be advance, applicable on all Cash On Delivery orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

TaraNutraceuticals.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

After placing your order, you have 7 days to return any unwanted items. Make sure the product is undamaged and that the box, seals, and other packing materials are all still in place. Returns of used or opened boxes will not be accepted. There will be fees for reverse pick-up (based on the specific locations). We will reverse the payment if you made it with a credit or debit card. After we receive the returned item, we will deposit the money to your bank account for orders paid with cash on delivery.
